This plan is available exclusively at Dr. Zaborski’s office and provides you with preventive care, discounts on restorative treatments, and other valuable benefits—all for a low, annual membership fee.
Whether you’re in need of routine cleanings, exams, or more advanced restorative treatments like fillings and crowns, our dental savings plan helps make it more affordable.

Program Guidelines and Exclusions
To join the plan, membership fees are due on the day of enrollment, and the plan expires one year from the join date. It is important to note that this is a discount plan, not insurance, and cannot be combined with any other insurance plan, used for services covered by automobile or medical insurance, or for treatments referred to a specialist.
